An ambassador's responsibilities would include:

• Helping the representative choose a suitable location for the workshops

• Spreading the word through social media and other avenues to advertise the workshops

• Acting as event host/hostess and arranging refreshments

• Collecting feedback from providers and helping to identify training needs
