A space where every educator is celebrated and valued​​

We will “camping” in dorms and all meals are included (but feel free to bring our own snacks, just no alcohol please). The itinerary we’ve planned is simply a guide filled with opportunities to connect, explore, and enjoy. Every activity is completely optional. Feel free to join in, take a nap in the shade, linger over coffee, read a book in the grass, or watch the stars in silence. This is a space to rest, breathe, and enjoy in the way that feels best for you. No schedules. No pressure. Just community, nature, and the freedom to slow down. Leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and reconnected to the heart of your work. Because when family child care educators are cared for, our whole community thrives
